Master in Management
In a world ever so competitive, young professionals are left to fend for themselves in attempts to learn what is needed and apply what is learned. Helping new graduates in this transition, the Master in Management offered at EBAPE/FGV is one of a kind in Brazil today. With a relatively short duration and intensive learning, students can be assured to leave with notable skills meant to set them apart in the job market.
To meet the growing demand characterized by strong professional performance in segments of the Brazilian public sector, FGV EBAPE launched, in 2012, the Master’s in Public Administration (MAP), in the professional mode. It consists of a Stricto Sensu graduate program, based on the guidelines of CAPES – Coordination for Improvement of Higher-Education Personnel of the Ministry of Education (Ordinance 080/98), which enables students to conciliate it with their professional activity and transfer knowledge to public organizations and society.
The Academic Graduate Program offers methodological and conceptual training equivalent to that offered by its international peers, as well as unique knowledge and access to the different contexts of the Brazilian reality. The program emphasizes the generation and dissemination of research through publications in top-level journals in administration and related fields.
